Shipping Policy
At Trenzelo, we offer free shipping on all orders over INR 999 or as per applicable offers at the time of purchase. We ship our orders using the most reliable and efficient delivery service providers. Our packaging is carefully designed to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Time:
All Merchandise are processed for shipping within 48 hours of successful order placement. We are unable to ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Delivery Time:
All orders once shipped are delivered by courier partners with in a span of 4-7 Days depending on your location pincode.

Tracking ID
Please login to customer area by clicking login button at top right of page to see ""your orders" section or please refer to email sent by trenzelo and shiprocket to track your shipped order.
In case, of any delays in delivery, customer can contact Trenzelo support at info@trenzelo.com or delivery partner customer care along with tracking ID mailed by trenzelo at the time of order shipping email.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange your purchase within 07 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.
All merchandise should be returned in original condition with tags and original packaging.
Trenzelo does not offer reverse pick up on all pincode. in case, reverse pickup is not available on customer location then Customer has to return product on his/her own expenses that shall not be redeemed or reimbursed in any kind.
Worn and used merchandise would not be accepted for return/refund and would be sent back to customer as received by Trenzelo Team.
